- Customers can cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled pickup.
- For cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a nominal cancellation fee.
- To cancel your ride, please use the app, website, or contact our customer support directly.
- In the event of a no-show, a standard no-show fee may apply.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in cases where rides are canceled due to technical errors, double bookings, or driver unavailability.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled ride.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.
- Partial refunds may be offered in situations where only part of the service was affected.
